WHAT IS FORCE
DECKS?
Force Decks is a lower-body assessment tool that measures force, power, balance, and stability. It analyzes jumps, asymmetries, fatigue, and strength phases to help athletes refine technique, boost performance, and prevent injuries.
WHY SHOULD YOU GET ONE?
High-precision force plates measure peak force, RFD, RSI, and asymmetries during dynamic movements, providing actionable insights to optimize lower-body power, efficiency, and injury prevention.
HOW IT'S DONE
Force Decks testing uses high-precision force plates to evaluate lower-body performance.
Athletes perform strength tests like isometric mid-thigh pulls and squat holds, jump tests such as countermovement and drop jumps, and balance assessments to measure symmetry and stability.
The plates record metrics including peak force, rate of force development (RFD), reactive strength index (RSI), and limb asymmetries.
This data is analyzed to assess movement efficiency, monitor fatigue, identify injury risks, and guide personalized training programs.
